Cottages Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1 . Booking of Rooms
(a) Members to give details of occupants.
(b) Guests staying in cottages will have to furnish photo ID of all the occupants above 13 years. This a mandatory requirement for security purpose. One of the following:
•    Passport
•    Pan Card
•    Aadhar Card

2. 100% advance is to be paid at the time of booking of cottages.

3. Mode of payment:
(a) Debit Card, Credit Card.
(b) Cheque payable at par at Indore.

Cancellation and Refund :

4. Room Cancellation charges are as under :
(a) Cancellation is made within24 hours or not occupied     – 100% of actual rent
(b) Cancellation is made between 24 hours to 7 days          – 60% of actual rent
(b) Cancellation is made between 7-15days              – 50% of actual rent
(b) Cancellation is made before 15 days              – 25% of actual rent

5. Refund Policy
If desired by the member the refund if any, will be made through a Indore account cheque payable at all branches of the Drawer Bank. However a Member can lease the amount as a credit to be utilized later, also transfer balance amount to the membership or his/her bank account.
